Mainly suitable for surface treatment of various medium and large castings, forgings, welded parts, and heat-treated components, including fragile and irregularly shaped workpieces. The hook-type shot blasting machine is ideal for surface cleaning or strengthening of small and medium-sized castings and forgings in industries such as foundry, construction, chemical, electrical machinery, and machine tools. It is particularly well-suited for surface cleaning and shot peening strengthening of multi-variety, small-batch castings, forgings, and steel structural components to remove minor adhered sand, sand cores, and scale from the workpiece surface. It is also suitable for surface cleaning and strengthening of heat-treated parts, especially for the cleaning of slender and thin-walled components that are prone to damage from impact.
