Environmentally Friendly Blasting Room
The Environmentally Friendly Blasting Room operates on the principle of **pressure-fed blasting technology**, using compressed air as the driving force to create a high-speed jet stream that propels abrasive materials onto the surface of the workpiece being treated. This process alters the mechanical properties of the workpiece's outer surface. Due to the impact and cutting action of the abrasive on the workpiece surface, the surface achieves a certain level of cleanliness and varying degrees of roughness, thereby improving the mechanical properties of the workpiece. This enhances the workpiece's fatigue resistance, increases the adhesion between the workpiece and coatings, and extends the durability of the coating.

The equipment employs **screw conveyors** and **elevators** to recycle the abrasive media, which is then separated in a **sand-dust separator**. The reusable abrasive automatically falls into the blasting pressure tank, participating in the next blasting cycle, enabling continuous blasting without downtime. The separated waste materials, such as broken abrasives, welding slag, scale, and dust, are automatically directed into the **dust collection system** for filtration.


To ensure that blasting operators have a clear line of sight during the blasting process, the system is equipped with a highly efficient **bag filter**. It employs a scientific dust extraction method to quickly capture the dust generated during blasting into the extraction ducts, which is then filtered through the high-efficiency dust collector. The exhaust emissions comply with national environmental standards. The system utilizes the negative pressure generated by the fan to create appropriate air dynamics for dust recovery, ensuring the blasting room remains clean.


Inside the blasting room, operators use **high-pressure blasting guns** to treat the workpiece surface. The blasting process ensures uniform cleaning quality, is easy to control, and enables continuous automated blasting production, creating a more ergonomic working environment. It maximizes production efficiency within minimal space, and the short conveying distance eliminates the need for intermediate storage, reducing production costs. Blasting treatment not only achieves continuous environmental protection but also operates at low costs.


This machine is a special reciprocating sand blasting machine, which consists of shot-peening chamber, shot-peening device, Screw Conveyor, elevator, separator, Shot distributing system, flat car system, flat car guide and support, lighting system, the bottom funnel, grid plate, dust- removing system, electric control system and so on.


This abrasive material reclaim system requires extremely reduced foundations, and can optionally be built without the need of foundations, or still on container type mobile rooms.
